⦁ This house is in a quiet, residential, family-oriented neighborhood, Please respect our neighbors' peace and privacy. ⦁ Quiet Hours are between 10PM and 7AM. ⦁ This is NOT a party house. We do not allow parties, events, or large bachelor/bachelorette parties. ⦁ NO SMOKING ON THE PREMISES PLEASE!!! ⦁ Pools and hot tubs can be dangerous. You are responsible for the safety of yourselves and your children. ⦁ No glassware around the pool area please! Broken glass in the pool is extremely difficult and costly to clean up and poses a serious safety risk. A $500 fee will apply if any broken glass is found in the pool. ⦁ We welcome well-behaved pets! As the guest you are responsible for damages, additional cleaning required, or furniture that needs to be replaced due to accidents. Damage will be recorded and guests will be charged for the damages. ⦁ There are two security cameras at the front door for safety and security reasons. ⦁ If there are damages or missing items at the property as a result of your stay, we will hold you responsible as the guest and charge you for the damages and any furnishings that need to be replaced. ⦁ If you choose to utilize street parking, please park in front of our house. Do not park in front of the neighbor’s house or your car is at risk of being towed. ⦁ We do our best to keep the house properly maintained and up-to-date, and we promptly take care of issues when they arise. However, sometimes things stop working and we may need your cooperation in getting professionals in to make fixes. ⦁ Most importantly, we want you to have a great time and enjoy yourselves :)

Our guests will have 100% private access to the entire house for the entirety of their stay. Guests will have a unique code to access the property via smartlock.
